200-Hour Yoga Training 2019/2020
Our 200+ hour program is designed for those looking to deepen their knowledge of how and why yoga works and to personally explore the resonance that this healing and enlightening practice can have in our lives and communities. The program will combine detailed breakdown of technique for asana, meditation and breath work with contextual background, theory and evidence of why and how this stuff works!
Whether you want to teach others or just dive into this practice for yourself, this program is for you if you come with curiosity and a desire to be a better human through establishing and sustaining an authentic, deep-seated yoga practice.

Every Friday 6-8pm from September 27th - March 6th EXCEPT December 27th and January 3rd and February 14th;
Saturday and Sunday 9-6pm Sept 28, 29, Nov 2, 3, Dec 7, 8, Jan 11, 12, Feb 7, 8, 9, Mar 7, 8. Students are required to complete a minimum of 60 drop-in classes (2-3 per week) with program faculty including at least one with Morgan Cowie.
$2900 plus HST.
Early bird discount of 10% if application is accepted and full payment received before July 1st, 2019.
Tuition includes unlimited drop-in classes from October 1st, 2019 - March 30th, 2020.
Instalment Option: $500 plus HST deposit upon acceptance; four payments of $600 plus HST on October 1st, November 1st, December 1st and January 1st
