Breathing is the only system in our bodies that functions under both our voluntary and involuntary control. In many ways this makes it the vital link between our conscious minds and our bodies. It also happens to be one of the most overlooked tools for greater overall health, mindfulness, recovery, energy and focus… sitting (literally!) under our noses.

In this workshop we will explore practices to harness the powerful tool of the breath, and inquire into the many different conflicting theories on best practices for breathing from yogic pranayama, to meditation, to the latest research on human biomechanics, physiology and neuroscience.
