At Mosaic, we're excited about a lot of different movement and contemplative practices.  Our drop-in classes are designed for all levels and many interests/goals including:

  • Yoga: beginners, intermediate, advanced, therapeutic, restorative, strength-building, pre/post-natal, rope wall
  • Meditation: mindfulness and other styles for beginners and intermediates
  • Pilates: beginner, intermediate
  • Barre: beginner, intermediate
  • Qi gong, kundalini, voice and sound work, functional movement, and other specialized classes as community demand warrants
