Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation

Learn the foundational practices of mindfulness meditation to begin or sustain a regular meditation practice. The four foundations of mindfulness – body, feelings, thoughts and dharma – will be explored as routes to take yoga practice into all elements of our lives and relationships with ourselves and others. These sessions will contain both theory and practice and students will be equipped and encouraged to practice regularly on their own throughout the course.
