Running is one of the most natural human movement patterns, yet one we often neglect. Join Mosaic’s learn to run program where over 10 weeks we will build the fitness and experience to run between 2.5 and 5 kilometers. Everyone is welcome, whether or not you’ve ever run before!

The group will meet once a week on Tuesdays at 6:30PM for a 45 minute session. The first 15 minutes of each session will cover topics such as injury prevention, training and running biomechanics followed by 30 minutes of group training including a warm up and of course some running! Each participant will also receive a training plan suited to their personal needs and ability level which will help them build their running fitness and meet their personal goal.

The program will end on September 3, just in time for interested participants to sign up for one of the many 5K races held in September in Toronto!
