MOBILITY = STRENGTH + CONTROL
The better your joints move, the better YOU move. Whether you want a stronger squat, or just want to learn how to keep your shoulders moving the way they’re meant to, this 4-week workshop will progressively build your mobility skill and knowledge to help you get better at your current movement practice – whatever that happens to be.
We will use training principles from multiple disciplines in order to expand usable ranges of motion along with overall joint health and resilience. More resilient joints means better training, improved movement capacity, and more effective recovery.
No experience is required—this program is designed to meet you where you are today, and provide you with a toolkit going forward.
Matthew LaRochelle is an FRC mobility specialist and Kinstretch instructor. He has completed trainings with Yoga Detour, Jane Clapp, the Foot Collective, and Fighting Monkey. His personal practice ranges from yoga to running to kettlebells, and everything in between.
