MOVING WELL: From Sedentary to Supple in Six Weeks Series

This series is designed for movers of all levels to find ease and grace in a broad spectrum of generalized movement patterns over a progression six weekly classes. It will combine elements of Yoga, Functional and Natural Movement, and Strength and Conditioning.
The series will help improve your:

- joint mobility and capacity
- strength and conditioning
- rhythm and coordination
- injury prevention, recovery and resilience
- and overall physical competency across a broad range of movements
