What is TCM Restorative Yoga?
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Restorative Yoga combines the rich theory of Eastern Medicine with the healing tool of Restorative Yoga. Within each of these systems lies a deep therapeutic tools for enhancing health and improving quality of life. In real practice, there are three main elements from Eastern Medicine that are applied directly in the Restorative class: 1)Energetic Meridian System Activation, 2)Organ System Balancing and 3)Seasonal Attunement. The result is a powerful holistic healing tool that will bring you back into better balance, alignment and connection with nature.
