Costa Rica 2025
Join Morgan Cowie for a week of immersion in enchantment. Surrounded by the rich magic of Costa Rica’s untouched jungle, we will join together as a small group of dedicated practitioners to move into the raw beauty of movement, the sweet comfort of deep meditation and the replenishing vitality of pranayama.
With a week to work together supported by delicious nourishing food, deep unmitigated contact with nature and soul-touching friendship, our enchantment with the deepest parts of ourselves and the universe will be unlocked and we will return to the world we normally inhabit with an increased depth in our practice and our potential.
Dates: Wednesday, January 29th – Wednesday, February 5th, 2025
Tuesday, January 28th is a travel day and we will meet in San Jose and spend the night there. Our ground transport leaves for Navina on Wednesday, January 29th.
Included: ground transport to and from centre, accommodations, food, waterfall hikes, beach excursions, yoga, meditation and pranayama programming.
Not Included: flight to and from San Jose, accommodation in San Jose on Tuesday, January 28th.
Cost: $1950 USD for single accommodation, $1740 USD for double accommodation.
