Mosaic is proud to be raising funds and awareness for a different local charity or non-profit each month to connect the feeling of community within our studios to the larger community around us. Learn more about what these amazing organizations do, how you can help and donate to help them in their causes. And for an extra dose of community spirit, join us in two led-practices to raise money! All proceeds go the chosen monthly organization. Can’t wait to see you there!

Karma for a Cause: Yoga Essentials at Sterling

Karma Class
with New Mosaic Teacher Training Grads
Join our recent graduates from the 2024/25 Yoga Teacher Training course at Sterling every Thursday at 6pm for a Karma yoga class. This class is a chance for our grads to show you what they have learned in the last 6 months.
On Saturday, May 17, we will have a Karma Yin class at the Annex at 2pm with Ingrid who will be graduating from a Yin Teacher Training.

This month..
In May, we are raising money for Planned Parenthood Toronto with two classes on May 17, and 25, and a class every Thursday by our newly graduated teacher trainees!
- They have continued to ensure that all youth have access to reproductive health, no matter the situation with their insurance.
- Young people are at the centre of PPT’s work! Youth are supported to meaningfully engage in decision-making about how programs and services are designed, delivered, and evaluated.
- They acknowledge that the early Planned Parenthood movement has a complicated history rooted in racism and ableism. Through Their work, they address systemic barriers that impact racialized and queer youth while actively identifying and removing oppressive practices within their organization.
- Sex is a part of life that can be fun and pleasurable. They offer caring and non-judgemental support for youth as they explore their sexual identities and consensual sexual activities.
- They honour, centre and celebrate all sexual orientations and gender identities. They provide gender-affirming spaces, care, and programming.
- They are pro-abortion. They believe that all youth should have the access and support they need to be able to make an informed decision about what happens to their body.
