Let's Meditate

Meditation is a nourishment practice that supports us through times of stress, creates more joy and is the foundation for more skillful navigation through the world – but how the heck do we do it effectively?

In this 2 hour session, Shawna Turner will guide a few different styles of ‘sits’ as well as some writing/reflection.  Through the skills you learn in this workshop, including insight into posture, technique, what to do with all those thoughts, your meditation practice will be more rewarding, exciting and effective.

These teachings will also spill over nicely into your yin and restorative practice as all these teachings and skill assist us in moments of stillness and quiet and help us to live a more mindful life.
