40-Hour Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher Training
with Shawna Turner
August 18 – 22, 2025
Yin yoga is a beautiful compliment to a more dynamic movement practice. As a result of the relaxed and meditative quality of the practice, it helps to calm the mind and balance out a busy life, enhancing our vitality and overall health.
Yin yoga helps us to slow down and recognize the power of stillness and the beauty in the world around us. When we nourish this side of things, it helps us to show up in the world more fully. When we nourish the yin side, our relationships, projects and commitments are enhanced.
This program is for anyone looking to add intentional pockets of slowing down and stillness into their practice and their life. It’s great for yoga teachers, dedicated students and body workers who are looking to:
- Add yin yoga to their classes, home practice or teach this style;

- Introduce a new edge to their offerings;
- Find a way to slow down and connect to them self;
- Find the courage to lean in to the current situation;
- Live more mindfully;
- Enrich your life and your relationships.
