Yoga Essentials
Stretch your bod, stretch your mind, stretch your heart. Expect well-rounded, full body sequences that change each week to highlight specific types of poses and areas of the body. Insight and inspiration are linked with fundamentals of alignment and core yogic principles. Warm Essentials offered at Annex location.

Yoga Intermediate / Flow
Grasped the fundamentals? Ready for a little spice with your sweetness? This class provides creative and innovative sequencing as well as exploration of some of the practice’s fancier poses. Intermediate level classes will be most useful for those who are confident they understand the principles covered in Essential classes.

Barre
Build strength, endurance and flexibility combining ballet-based movements with principles from pilates, yoga and more. Music, precision, sweat and challenge make for unique classes with fun playlists and lots of burn. Suitable for all levels but if you’re newer to barre, know that this is a workout!

Pilates
Rediscover your internal framework of strong, balanced core support. These classes riff off the classical principles developed by Joseph Pilates with modern, innovative flavour. Expect the unexpected! Warm Pilates offered at Annex location.

Mosaic Moves
We all need a lift here and there and in this higher intensity, cardio and conditioning class, you'll find yours. Get a workout that's as joyful as jumping on a trampoline and as rewarding as a challenging Pilates class.

Level: All welcome as long as you’re up for jumping and instability
Recommended Props: BOSU ball if you have one – can be done without!
Mosaic Rope Wall
Iyengar-inspired rope wall classes use these unique props to provide spinal traction and ease in a way that will amaze you. Try it once - you'll be amazed at the impact of this incredible style of practice.

Flow & Restore / Flow & Nidra
Sometimes you feel like a flow, sometimes you want to melt into a bolster. Why make it an either/or? Feel the heat and release of a flowing practice then deliberately wind down to the incomparable comfort and healing of a guided restorative or Nidra practice.

Pilates & Yin
Connect to your center and then stretch into bliss. This fusion class combines the intelligence of pilates with the decadence of yin. Come get it all.

Restorative / Reset & Restore
Come on, bliss. Guided into full heart and body drops with long holds with support from props. Expect a profoundly healing practice which opens doors for deep connection to the self. This is a gentle, slow, deep and profound work.

Yin
Fluid, sweet and delectably slow, the intentional placements and long holds of yin allow for a drop deep inside. Contemplative and healing, move slow to receive it all.

Yang to Yin
Flow from Yang to Yin and into wholeness. This hybrid yoga class gives you an active (Hatha) and passive (Yin) practice all in one. Move, strengthen and tone before melting into deep stretches and a meditative mind space. A perfect yoga elixir. Ahhhhhh….

Meditation
Meditation is a powerful practice to have in our toolkit to support resilience, stability and insight. In this class we begin with gentle guided movement to help us find ease, and establish a comfortable seat (which might be lying down!). There are many gates and pathways to explore, from practices rooted in yogic and Buddhist traditions, to contemporary mindfulness and somatic studies. Bring your curiosity and see what unfolds!

Roll, Revive, & Relax
Take time to reconnect with yourself and focus on your wellbeing. Myofascial release is an incredibly versatile tool we can use to release tension, improve range of motion, boost tissue hydration and support athletic recovery. We’ll use a combination of movement, stretching, and self massage techniques to help target tight, sticky spots and to clear out any sluggish or stale vibes. Leave feeling connected, relaxed, and refreshed.

Free Flow
Free Flow is a community-focused space for movement and meditation practitioners of all levels to practice together in relative silence. With no led guidance and no external teacher present, this time is yours to explore your practice in a safe, supportive and beautiful space.
