Membership at Mosaic

Become a Member

In return, you will:

  • Pay a one-time registration fee of $25 plus HST;
  • Keep your payment information (debit or credit card) updated and in good standing;
  • Email info@mosaicyoga.ca to terminate membership (one final payment will be due);
  • Email info@mosaicyoga.ca to pause with at least seven days notice before pause date begins.
  •  Understand that all class cancellations made within 8 hours of class will result in a $10+hst late cancellation charge to your credit card.
  •  Understand that if a late cancellation charge is declined by your credit card, and you accumulate 3 late cancel charges to your account, Mosaic reserves the right to pause your membership until payment has been made.
  • Have autopay payments made every thirty days. 

As a member in good standing, you get:

  • Unlimited access to all drop-in classes;
  • Unlimited access to live-streamed classes;
  • Unlimited access to our on-demand library of dozens of pre-recorded classes;
  • 10% discount on select retail items (pre-tax);
  • Discounted access to the Mosaic Sauna;
  • Discounts on workshops, events and retreats (10-50% pre-tax);
  • Free mat and prop storage in studio;
  • Up to three pauses per contract year. Pauses can be as short as seven days and you can pause up to ninety days per contract year;
  • The opportunity to pause for an extra ninety days for a fee of $25+hst (can only be done once);
  • One complementary pass to the OTHER Mosaic location for each 4 consecutive months you are a member without pausing;
  • Right to cancel at any point by giving thirty days notice and making one final regular monthly payment.

Single Studio Membership (either STERLING or ANNEX)
$125 + HST every thirty days
(10% discount (pre-tax) for students enrolled in full time programs and adults who are sixty-five years of age or older)

Double Studio Membership (both STERLING or ANNEX)
$165 + HST every thirty days
(10% discount (pre-tax) for students enrolled in full time programs and adults who are sixty-five years of age or older)

Here’s what you need to know about the terms and benefits of membership.
  1. You must be at least 18 years of age.
  2. You allow Mosaic Yoga Inc. to charge your credit or debit card monthly in advance until you cancel your membership.
  3. You must inform Mosaic Yoga Inc. of changes to your credit card information (e.g., expiry date) at least 14 days before the next pre-authorized payment, or to make the changes yourself online in advance of your next payment due.
  4. You acknowledge that you may place my membership on hold up to three times per contract year, for a minimum of 7 days per hold, up to a maximum of 90 days TOTAL hold time.
  5. You acknowledge that to request a hold on your membership and payments, or to cancel your membership you must email at info@mosaicyoga.ca at least 14 days prior to the requested pause or cancellation date, and that pauses and cancellation only come into effect when the studio provides its express approval to the member by way of email confirmation.
  6. You acknowledge that you may cancel your membership any time by giving thirty days advance notice through email at info@mosaicyoga.ca and making one final monthly payment. You will have full access to the benefits of membership for thirty days after making your final payment.
  7. You acknowledge that after 12 months/12 payments, Mosaic Yoga Inc. will continue to automatically charge your credit card monthly unless you request to cancel by giving thirty days advance notice through email.
  8. You acknowledge that your membership is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and may not be shared. No rights or privileges granted by this membership can be transferred.
  9. You agree to keep and obey all rules and regulations now in force or in the future prescribed by Mosaic Yoga Inc. for the use of the Mosaic Yoga Inc. facilities, premises and equipment therein.
  10. You acknowledge that Mosaic Yoga reserves the right to revoke this Membership Agreement if you fail to keep and obey any of such rules and regulations.
  11. You acknowledge that Mosaic Yoga Inc. may change the membership fee under this Membership Agreement with 30 days notice.
  12. You acknowledge that all class cancellations made within 8 hours of class will result in a $10+hst late cancellation charge to your credit card.
  13. You acknowledge that if a late cancellation charge is declined by your credit card, and you accumulate 3 late cancel charges to your account, Mosaic reserves the right to pause your membership until payment has been made.
